100% reimbursement for any engraving mistake by ET!  Reimbursement will be in the form of a credit towards another purchase or cash refund - whichever customer prefers.

Damage: (broken clasp, etc.) Up to 30 days from the date of purchase - credit will be given towards another purchase or piece will be exchanged.

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes, but can be brought back to it’s original lustre with polishing. A silver polishing cloth or white toothpaste works great. Storing the sterling pieces in clear zip lock bags greatly reduces the ability to tarnish.  A bag is included for each piece of jewelry that you purchase.
